Returns policy

If you wish to return a product, products may be returned after 7 days (please note personalised items as above)Please attach a note of why you are returning the product

Please ensure that any returned items are complete including the original box/ packaging

Please ask for proof of postage and keep proof in case of loss in transit

If you have requested an exchange, your original order will be refunded and a new order placed and debited.

If faulty item postage will be refunded, returns for any other reason goods only will be refunded.

Delivery policy

Postage and packing is weight dependent, for a quote either contact us by phone or email, or put the items into the basket and the postage price will be displayed. Some items cannot be posted overseas, please see individual items.

Personalised items

These items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless a mistake has been made on our behalf, please ensure at the time of order spellings and details are correct, as you require them to be printed.

All goods are posted within 14 days from order wherever possible, if delays are unavoidable we will inform you.

You will become responsible for the goods as soon as we have delivered them to you. If we use a third party carrier to deliver them, we shall be liable for damage or shortfall up to the point of delivery to you, provided that the damage or shortfall is notified to us or to the carrier within a reasonable time scale.

If the goods have not been delivered at all you must notify us or the carrier.

Coogar gifts will not be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any other third party.

The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt. (This does not however affect the customer's statutory rights).
